Update autoupdater.bat (**bugfix) 
bug: normal copy with admin right of the file "rdpwrap_new.ini" to "rdpwrap.ini" will not work properly (file locked)
fix: we need to stream the data line by line from "rdpwrap_new.ini" to "rdpwrap.ini"
